A number of our clients are either in India, or live outside India but prefer foods that are part of the ‘desi’ culture.
Unfortunately, all too often, fat loss is associated with many things like “salads”, “many meals per day”, “grilled stuff”, “low fat” etc. Such associations may not mesh easily with Indian food habits, which is why we find that many of our friends are not successful with their fat loss attempts.
Rest assured that our aim with some changes that are done during the course of the program, which may seem different from when you were prior to the program. Our aim will be to bring you back close to your natural food habits, but you will need to bear with us.
Of course, we will work to ensure that you aren’t left feeling disconnected from your usual way of eating.
